These terms govern access to Leo Live, including watching, buying tickets, gifting, and hosting. By creating an account or watching a stream you agree to them. This V1 text is the product contract; it is not a substitute for independent legal advice.
The service
Leo Live lets hosts go live or schedule events and lets fans watch, subscribe, and pay with local mobile money. Availability depends on network conditions and our video and payment partners.
Accounts
You must provide a working email and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, evade payment, or break the law.
Tickets, gifts, and refunds
Prices are shown in TZS before you pay. Platform commission is 30% and the host receives 70% of eligible ticket, pass, gift, and similar revenue after payment-provider fees. If a listed event is cancelled by us or never goes live, we will refund or credit eligible ticket purchases. No-shows and completed streams are not refundable except where required by law.
Hosts
You must have the rights to the content you stream. You must not broadcast illegal material, exploitation of minors, or content that we reasonably judge as harmful or fraudulent. We may take a stream down, keep or reverse payouts, and report activity when required.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, attack, or circumvent paywalls, watermarks, or session limits. Do not capture and re-upload streams you do not own.
Liability
Live video and networks fail. We provide the service as available. To the extent allowed by Tanzanian law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss, and our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a posted update is acceptance of the new terms.
